Guinness Finesse

Guinness Finesse

There’s an art to the pouring of Guinness
requiring a devilish finesse
twixt the foam and the ale
the rule cannot fail
never pour ‘til the first one is finished.

You're a man after my dad's heart! I grew up hearing tales of the wonders of the stout and some of the classic adverts - "there's a baby in every bottle" - clearly didn't come from Madison Ave.
