Grey Roses

From the deep depths of bleak and somber dreams
Those with grey roses living within them
There’s painful feelings made inside, it seems

The colors of the sky and the large farm
Beautiful the dream is all but the rose
They seem to be crying, having no charm

Here deep inside the dream the heart arose
Coming to rescue the broken rose bush
Like giving lifesaving drink from a hose

Now all roses turn colors are then lush
Perfect dream fantasies give a sure rush

The gods are good to me though...Because as I KEEP saying...some force tells me "SOUPS ON" and I take out this laptop and BOOM....You post a poem. It's the genie in a bottle type scenario...Keep on rollin' I guess. Your poems are powerful. And again, I am not a huge fan of poetry. I happened to be cursed or blessed by the "whatever in the world it is that speaks through me"....Ya' DiGG what I mean? Hope that don't sound too crazy!~JSL
