Greetings From An International Woman's Day Kitchen

"Greetings from an IWD Kitchen"

        The soup is not burnt
          nor is the toast
        The eggs look edible
          forgive me, I boast

        International Woman's Day
          I take on the kitchen
Give my wife the day off
          'Tis my blind ambition...

         Psst. I call her name
           Maybe she'll pitch in
         Alas, her husband is ~
           neither cook nor magician

I'm sure she appreciated it, even if you needed a rescue at the end, hope you washed the dishes though :)

Yes, indeed. No dishwasher for us. I just spit twice in the dish, rub it with a paper towel, and put it back in the cabinet. ~ Mr. Clean

Righto, Paula. So, I took my wife out for a walk, and we feasted on berries in the forest. Special, eh?! lol.
