Green Leaves

Green Leaves After the flowers fade The world belongs to one color Like rains and dewdrops sacrifice themselves to the earth Leaves abide by the same commitment to the root Endure the cold and solitude of winter And the mockery of the spring breeze and the flowers Only in this shining season Present the texture of life The sun gently kisses Like a mother to her newborn baby These natural spirits start their vigorous lives At the entrance of summer
