Great Escape

Grinding the nine to five every day
Relying on, needing that big pay
Everyone’s demands, they want a part
Always stressed even when you start
Trust that you really need to depart

Exiting ever so graciously today
Somewhere nice to get away
Canceled your normal work plan
Accept that it’s OK, you really can
Pack quickly for your island getaway
Enjoy your much-needed time away
