Gray days get a really bad rap ~ They're ideal for a nice long nap We lament the absence of sunshine ~ The respite from heat suits us fine We miss those gorgeous blue skies ~ Now the sun doesn't get in our eyes And as for the increased chance of rain ~ Without precipitation, gardens stress and strain So the next gray day you get, don't complain ~ Just be grateful when the sun comes out again
