Greeks hand-fed their lovers Globes of this clustered fruit. Grown chiefly for wine are Green, purple, dark blue and Giant red, sweet, plump grapes! Get anti-oxidants; Give yourself a handful! Posted Dec.1, 2016 for Kim Merryman's Pleiades G Contest

Very tasty poem, so full of info, Andrea. Also was the blood of the grape drink for the Last Supper. Wonderful poem w/the anti I like. Love and joy to you and yours.

We are just home from touring wine country (Napa-Sonoma area) where my son lives. This hills are covered in wine grapevines......so gorgeous to drive through those hills !! !!Just bought sine big bunches today ...... grapes, not wine !! LOL !! But both are yummy !

I don't get conjunctions either, but feel sure nothing is MEANT. Grapes is an original idea, these contests are fun for that reason - trying to come up with a word no other will use. I love the brain work behind these Pleiades and think you pulled off an original and gratifying one. I enjoyed it ... CayCay

I've seen a few of these lately and they have all been Great! I'm Glad it's not up to me to pick a winner! But I am sure you'll be in the mix with this Gem! Good luck.

Well said Andrea. I do love grapes. Be careful though. They do tend to give one a belly ache if you eat to many. Great and job love the pic. Good luck in the contest. God Bless and thanks for the kind words on my "Entertainment". JB

My wife loves grapes, Though I've never tried to feed them to her..all I've ever done is say they're all yours, I'll stick to grape jelly
