Grab Them: The Annexation of Canada

Slight of hand By the orange man Firming up the border While he grabs what he can For the oil backed felon With an eye on a gem The Canadian border Is just another dress hem

Maureen, Never forget your country is 'the true North strong and free'. I grew up in Washington State so B.C. was a frequent day trip for us. My great-aunt and uncle lived their lives in Victoria. I hope my countrymen wake up before it is too late to repair the damage being done. I never thought I'd feel ashamed to be an American. I, also, lay awake at night. See my poem 'Can America Survive'. With neighborly love, Jan.

Hello dear neighbour! I never thought we would be here either. It’s heartbreaking on so many levels, and terrifying. I will check out your poem.Hugs, xomo!

Maureen, at least some of us south of the border realize he is a psychotic mess. Hopefully we can contain this monster. He needs to spend some time in a psychiatric hospital and then do a work study program for a few years in a place where the focus is satisfying basic human needs.

Governor Trudeau doesn’t seem to be bothered by it, but it’s sure got my panties in a bunch! I think most Canucks forget that geographically we sit right between the USA and Russia. I pray I’m overthinking! xomo
