Goodbyes

I look around with my tears falling to the ground. If only I could turn bac k time to when you were here. I pray everday for you to be near, to help me erase all my doubts and fears. But times are hard and life is cruel. I guess that's just the rules. People say that they wish for just one more second to say goodbye, but death comes on swift wings and in the end there's never enough time. Only years will tell if I'll see you up there but until ten I will always keep your memories in my heart and hold them near.
