Good Night
From the groves of eucalyptus,
Over the hills of Alpine trees,
I bring for you,
The smell of roses.
With the shimmer of dew,
A charming, enchanting dream.
Sweet, shut your eyes,
Nightingales singing on boughs,
Fireflies hovering around the lamp post,
For you I bring sleepy teddy bear,
A charming, enchanting dream.
Beloved eyes, goodnight,
In the gentle moon's embrace,
With twinkling stars as your companions,
I tenderly lay my touch upon you,
A gentle stroke of affection,
A charming, enchanting dream.
