Good Morning, My Love
Good morning, My Love, I can’t believe what I see,
The most gorgeous woman in the World, lying next to me!
We’ve been out before, just never all night,
But now, here you are, by morning’s first Light!
The events of the evening, are still a blur,
It was the Time of My Life, of that, I am sure!
That I could win the hand,
Of the Fairest Maiden in the Land!
Thinking back, I get weak in the knees,
That you gave in, gave in to my pleas,
As I kissed you, you gave me a squeeze,
The opportunity, I did then seize!
Instantly, I was all over You,
You lovingly responded, what else could you do?
I seem to remember, being out of Breath,
Feeling several times, very near Death!
You told me, that You wanted to give Love,
To ease your restless Heart, make it calm as a Dove!
Holding You now, kissing your Hand,
Especially your shiny new gold Wedding Band!
