Going Mental -Part 1-
Subsisting in mind a city.
Dwelling place of inner youth.
Crown belonging to me,
full of memory and subjective truth.
Darker thoughts, wants, things cutting tooth.
Tours are rare but come for a stay.
Perpetual dusk here preferred over day.
Imagine a monolithic castle
with endless doors contained.
Me, it's willful vassal
caring what's cherished and pained.
Reaction and emotion trying to get reigned.
Behind each doorway exists a scene.
Things I've learned, knowledge I've gleaned.
A view inside my head.
Next time we'll look at more.
My delights. My anger and dread.
All found behind a door.
Waiting for to open, enter and explore.
Existing there, fare to share,
strange things that I bring to bare.
