Notes About The Poem

God, the Great Creator

*****

On a crisp cool autumn evening,
stars filled the night up high.
             God, the great creator,
names each star in the sky.

A garden lit by the moonlight.
A rose kissed by His hand.
             The beauty He created,
even the smallest pieces of the sand.

The velvet petals of the roses,
             glistens in the night.
             The Master of Creation,
             His colors pure delight.

             From void, He created beauty.
             From dark, He created light.
             The Master of creations,
and to man He gave them life.

Rose thank you for your comment. God is so amazing as you can see the beauty in every thing He has made. We are made in His image (spirit). We should be humbled to be given such a gift from Him. Thank you Rose for your comment. Hugs ~ Debra

God is so immense that he gave us a variety of beautiful things to bless Him daily. Alas man thinks he did a lot by himself. Oh man how foolish you can be. Kneel and adore.

God, the master craftsman with His dexterous hands created the universe and everything in it and lovingly bequeathed all to man. A poem describing God's wondrous work....!
