God Spoke To Me

On Friday, the boss said, "You're fired!"
And I suddenly felt inspired
God said in one breath:
Thou art close to death
For thy warranty just expired!"

You can't go anywhere just yet, been on bed most of the week, thought I'd past my shelf life, on antibiotics now. Hope you're well Tom

Mahalo, Tom! I hope you have recovered! No antibiotics for me, which upsets my doctor more than it does me as I know that without any medications at all, there will come a day when I will never have another heart attack . . . .

I hope you are retired, So you cannot be fired. If you haven't a boss, You wont care a toss 'Cos nobody's breath, Predicted death. So just let your pen flow, Stay, Rico, don't go. I would miss you, And PS would miss you too.
