Ghosts of Halloween
In the night, where shadows blend,
Figures drift with silent grace,
Whispers echo, a ghostly trend.
Hiding secrets, lost in space.
Moonlight glints on ancient stone,
Flickering flames cast eerie light,
Souls awakened, no longer alone.
Calling forth the restless night.
Through the fog, they slowly glide,
Echoes dance in the chilling breeze,
Haunting memories they cannot hide.
Filling hearts with dark unease.
In the graveyard, shadows play,
Cloaked in mist, they roam the ground,
Lingering spirits, led astray.
Lost in time, they seek a sound.
As the clock strikes, fear takes hold,
Nightmares wake with every chime,
Tales of sorrow, whispered cold.
Bound by fate, lost in rhyme.
Footsteps soft on hallowed earth,
Lurking near, they watch and wait,
Each ghost craves a moment’s worth.
Haunted dreams and twisted fate.
With every breath, the tension grows,
A chilling laugh breaks through the air,
In haunted woods, where no one goes.
The spirits gather, unaware.
As dawn approaches, they retreat,
On Halloween, their tales remain,
Leaving shadows, bittersweet.
Whispers linger, haunting the plain.
