GENTLE VISITOR

Daylight, a gentle visitor,
stepped softly through the threshold of dawn.
It lingered there, a welcome guest,
dispelling shadows, chasing the night.

A lucid glow, a soft embrace,
illuminating every space.
The morning light, a calming grace,
bringing tranquility, filling the day with peace.

This is really soothing like a slow breath at sunrise. I love how you call daylight a “gentle visitor,” it gives the whole piece such warmth and calm. Really peaceful to read.
