~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Beyond softest poetic muse, the garden sighs a breathless trust into the heart, remembering that God, in His great design, singled out the gardener for the joy that defines the flowing vine, the fragile rose, the ethereal lives, with the gentlest rhyme. – quote by poet ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vibrant as music, blazing with passions and praises, Dazzling the spirit as feathery friends dance, swaying, Enjoying the beauty, bold and bright, a flower amazes, Restoring the wonder in wonderful, a song playing. Soothing the soul, spirit’s comfort arising from the dirt, Whispering joy through the moments, promising light, Encouraging hope beyond words through petal’s concert, Dreams kindled in beautiful rhythms, visions so bright. Guitars in still scarlet, brilliant tempos breathing prayers, Betraying the cadence of a million trembling hues, Crisp as dawn, beautiful love brought by angels unawares, Hesitating in the tones of laughter, aching like a bruise. Butterfly sighs on the edges of a dream, softly preaching, Stunning the robins, the wren, the hesitant rabbits, Who shudder at the storm and ride the risks, far-reaching, As bewildered magnolias and lilac with dusty habits. Magnificent beyond what sunlight might reveal, Melodies between the twinkling stars and wild seas, Garden of pleasure seems like a dream, yet it’s real. Feels like its need, its intent, to completely please!
Amazing. and totally agree with every word, every sentiment. Glad I found you on line tonight NZ Time PM 8.34. Made this young 70 year old feel truly blessed to be alive to read this poem, each stanza could stand alone but together they shine even brighter. Our garden was such a blessing during covid. Still is. Best regards David in NZ
