Nice use of metaphor and imagery comparing tornadoes and emotion. I'm sure you are already aware of things I may write in my comments. Please, forgive me if so. I find it helpful to review various aspects of writing such as googling subjects such as poetic devices and of course the use of a thesaurus, dictionary and rhyming dictionary as resources.
