Fruitful Summer

Lemonade soaked sunshine Peach sweet heat Watermelon waves taste Of graham cracker sand And nestled pomegranate pebbles On strawberry beaches In pineapple green grass Mango daisies dance Marshmallow clouds dot Blueberry-smiled skies Tangerine sorbet sunset Kisses plum freckled stars Sprinkled through blackberry night Under the cooling cantaloupe moon Until blushing raspberry currents Awake the honeydew dawn. 7/16/19
