Frozen Moment

It was wonderful to hear from you today Although we have not spoken in months Talking to you today you would never know it I enjoyed getting caught up on each others lives It is amazing how much we have changed since we first met Time is certainly flying by It seems like just yesterday you live down the hall from me All the nights we stayed up talking and laughing Enjoying the moment Enjoying life and laughing the whole way Now life is much more serious for the both of us We have truly become women Women of independence Women living two very different lives with a million similarities That common ground between us brings a great deal of ease For a moment I feel like I am not alone It feels good to personally know someone going through the same things as myself It feels good to see things from anothers eyes To know that neither of us handle it badly we just handle life Before I know it my frozen moment ends Just like that we both get back to life Thank you for understanding Thank you for all the years Thank you to my dearest Friend
