Frozen Fairytale

Fairy tales and painted skies they tumble to the ground, the colorful shades and bright hues of her world come crashing down. What was once her wonderland ruled with some fantasy like power falls apart with the slightest touches of his hand he destroyed it all within the hour. He turned his back on his queen just as winter set in disappeared into the sow, can't be seen; the effects left her as mannequin, her limbs seem artificial, even if they're real her smile just might be painted there. The clock work heart you feel, she's a perfect piece of art, frozen forever more in her pose while she waits for you to come back. It's still winter, will she ever again transpose?

A well written verse captures perfectly how time stands still when you loose a love. It's amazing how the whiteness of snow can make any manor of unsightly things seem magical. Kat
