From Poetry Is Our Story
FROM POETRY IS OUR STORY
Over the rainbow curve where bright hues rush to burst,
our hearts that long been drown now finally rush to shore.
Hands clasp tight we agreed to follow same path, same doors
ghosts from our past, slowly we will erase and nursed...
Droplets flow: sweats, smiles and blood written via our quill
a fiction for some but to us, they spell the screaming truths
of longings, of pains, awaiting to be quenched and soothe.
(God Almighty must have guided our footsteps on windless still)
Do I need a challenge to grab this one of a lifetime chance
or just hear the voice within for it tells its a Heavens giving?
Glad, I can only hymn the melody of a heartfelt thanksgiving
in the cocoon of your presence, my being fly high as I'm enhanced
Adieu to eight thousand miles as you pass it without hesitation
Before we met, our heartbeats already dance pas de deux
the smiles we shared, so noisy, they broadcasted every clues...
(Can it be that this- the beginning of positive vibrations?)
I love you, I want you and though my world may fall apart
I will not choose to let go instead I will stay with you
'til the fish learns to fly... Allow the years to come through,
and us to permit love to grow onwards. Us in every parts!
