From My Back Yard

I see three cities and a mountain range far west. There’s a fenced canal beside which folks walk or jog on a path, sometimes with dogs! Beyond the canal I see myriad houses, the view to the left blocked by tall leafy tree tops. Beyond the homes lies a lake. Barely visible, the lake is a rim of blue on the horizon. At night the lake vanishes; the valley shines before me! Written by Andrea Dietrich on 9/6/2011

Boy, I think alot of us are pretty jealous of where you live. Then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And you behold it beautifully.
