Live and die, live and die;
Let this day pass you by.
Close your eyes, fear no death,
Let your spirit take you high.
You have the lips I love to kiss;
I am too drunk; it's not amiss.
You are my cup; you are my wine,
Give me a kiss; I want the bliss.
I told her a thousand times, drink, and drink some wine;
She told me a thousand times the wine was not fine.
Drunk you are, she replied, remember you are drunk!
Drunk I am, I said that, but wine is divine.
The Dawn gave the news, "The sun is not rising!"
The moon told the night, "It is not surprising".
We are on the ocean floating on a boat.
No sun, no light, let us start an uprising.
I am sober! Give me some wine!
Give me your kisses, now you are mine;
I am burning, burning with love!
I'm just a man, and you're divine.
Burn candle burn, the Moth is all willing.
Willing to die for love isn't a killing;
Burn candle burns the prospect is thrilling;
Die, die for love. It is so fulfilling.
Tie your cup to a grapevine;
Wait for the sun to shine on fine;
Wait for the grapes to harvest love;
Drink the love that we call it wine.
I am in prison. There's no escape.
My jail, my body, bent out of shape.
Who is my jailer? I call him fate.
Release me, jailer. I can't escape.
Nay, I'm me, Nay you are you, and Nay you are me.
Yay, I'm me, Yay, you are you, and yay, you are me.
I am surprised to see me within all of you,
Then am I me? or you are you? Or are you me?
