From Ashes Grown

As
the days
move forward
Winter slowly
dies
and
from its'
ashes grow
the blossoms of
Spring

Robin, sometimes I wonder if the poem Farewell Alas is truly beautiful as you say? Can sorrow carve pretty pictures, or does it our souls like diamonds carve light? Your poem on the other moves leisurely to hope, thank you for it.

From its ashes ... an illusion to the phoenix ... a reference to easter ... man from dust ... the forest after the fire ... there is never nothing for there is always God. This is how this poem provokes my thoughts.
