Notes About The Poem

Freedom To Soar

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” Galatians 5:1 of the King James Bible.

Divine freedom propels faith to soar high as soul does inhale peace for service fly reaching-out with steadfast compassion grasp against selfishness clutch heart can’t deny. Pardoned by God from sins of pride hued guilt my spirit was quickened, life now rebuilt upon Christ’s gracious hold of gentle clasp so I won’t glide toward worthlessness’ wilt. Through the grace of the Lord driving day’s goal I ascend like vines entwined to Life pole the Almighty Who blows revival gasp for triumphant fulfillment of blest role.
