Freedom
Denial, such a wonderful world
when you live there,
you convince yourself
you are where you want to be.
You tell yourself you are happy.
That this is what you want.
You believe you have
successfully completed the
falsification that is your life.
You then realize that
your whole life is a falsehood.
Finally, you admit to yourself
that what is in your heart
is real and can't be denied.
Eventually, you learn acceptance
and embrace the quiet one residing within.
You breath life into that tiny being
and allow it to come to full life.
Knowing that it is your real essence
and deserves to be free.
