Free Verse Fever
The enduring sweet fragrance of love
will lift the eyes in quiet expectations
and hold tightly to the purest moment
that crosses the timeless distance
between love's eyes
As they silently search the deepest depths of the soul
through their inviting lens of welcomed glorious glow
to merge and bond as one spirit
wrapped in love's coat of luxurious wishes
of precious promises
Where dreamers dream of lush sunsets
and dreamy dawns of hungry kisses
that fill the eternal well of love
poured from the soft sighs of breathlessness
drifting through dewdrop air of sensual melodies
played on the rhythmic strings of the soul
