Free Cee Moonbeams, Merriment, Me and You

MOONBEAMS, MERRIMENT, ME AND YOU Your eyes were a surprise Your grin a gift granted by grace We syncopated our sighs As I became fixated on your lovely face My breathing became belabored My heart hardly ever felt that way Just when I though happiness was a thing of the past Your pert and pink lips favored me with a fantasy Dressed in tight black silk pants And a multi-colored blouse that clung to your chest like a rose unto a vine You were divinity declared And beauty breathtakingly bared Then I found the force of a fancy filled by your countenance celestial in nature And I hoped you would allow nature to take its course My eyes were opened to heaven when you opened yours I never thought I’d see blue bluer than the Aegean Sea I knew your ways the moment you walked my way The ways of a wondrous woman Woman, you are a dream sprites and angels designed Did I dare to dare such dreams? And gather you a bushel of moonbeams Scattered about when the moon fell at your feet And tried to compete with the way your flesh glows at midnight Woman, you are delight delivered by the delicacy of destiny Woman, could a woman like you want a man like me? Your stare laid my love bare Your smile beguiled me with insistence Our sighs revealed how much we care And your lovely face haunts me with persistence © 2012….copyright...PHREEPOETREE ~free cee!~
