Fred the Lazy Head

“Run the mower,” said Dad, “on the lawn.” It’s a ‘sit-down’ ; Fred would not get on; kept it pressed down for gas; let it go over grass - then it went down the streets! Where’s it gone? Next he lay in the hammock all day. In the pool he would not even play. “Where’s my mower?” Dad said. Lazy Fred scratched his head. “you said run it. It’s now run away!” June 13, 2020
