Frank is my favourite word ~ the name of my darling, he went far too soon Really missing his charm and his wit, the kindest man, living life to the full Always there to help family and friends his generosity knew no bounds Negative thoughts never entered his head ~ smiling he lived his life instead Kisses and cuddles I truly miss and I dream of the day I will taste his sweet kiss Written 18th August 2019 Contest: Favorite Word Sponsor: Chantelle Anne Cooke N/A Contest Name:What's In A Name Sponsor:Juliet Ligon 1st Place Contest Brian's Choice E Sponsor Brian Strand N/A

Beautiful verse, Ann, you made this acrostic flow so well. Sorry for your loss, may life be rich in blessings and continuing writing. My dad and his mom my grandmother both had Parkinson's . Congratulations on your 1st place win. Hugs Eve

I was going to guess "Frank" for you, but I raced over to see, and yes, you did use Frank. Let's be Frank. We need more FRANK poems, because he probably can read them in heaven.

Bless you Jan, when I saw the contest title there was no other word for me and as I wrote it tears did flow. But Frank was always so positive and smiley even when cancer ravaged his dear body, and I know he would be so thrilled to see my poetry. Kindest thoughts Ann, have a peaceful day xx
