Four More Haikus
Wind threw down that tree,
Legs swept out, it fell, hard
A defeated giant.
Your eyes so hopeful,
You look to me for answers,
But I too am lost.
Love beckons me home,
Where little brown eyes look up,
Glad to see me back.
Gold light through the glass
Warms my windowsill today.
A cat should sleep there.
