Forgiven
For all the pain and suffering...
The misery I've caused
People and my shameful self.
There is one thing, one feeling.
Have you felt this lately?
The fact of being forgiven.
It confounds me how it can be.
Just like it's been washed away.
So simply like it didn't happen.
A new beginning waiting for me.
Go and try it yourself.
Humble youreslf and ask for it.
