Forgetting To Remember
Another treasured moment fades away
Replaced by something without meaning
Everyone becomes a stranger tomorrow
How quickly most people forget
All that should be remembered
Consumed entirely with themselves
Narcissism's proof laid bare
Does anyone really care
I know I do
Nobody even tries
However they lie
About the truth
About who
Not me
