Forget-Me-Not

if tomorrow gives me a cup of tea laced with forget-me-nots, i wonder if my dream will come true. today is just another weight of yesterday, disguised in the blurred spaces of your words kissing the air that once touched my skin crying salt tears of your absence. yesterday is another reminder of my icarus fairytale sliding down clouds to rest forever at sea levels always rising, waiting for the day i remember my forget-me-not
