Forever and Always
In Him, I found the meaning,
Letting go,
In His hand, my dreams
Flowed, glowing softly, gentle,
Like the wind beneath the song,
Who colors the life,
In crimson smiles and cobalt joys,
Remembering, promising, praying
For the beguiling sighs,
Breathless and aching for seas,
Soundless as tears,
Erasing the darkness, fears
Smothered by the liquid light,
Falling quietly,
Through the sands of time,
Evoking hope that is more alive
Than the soul can describe….
In Him, I found the grace,
Listening,
His healing, His hope
Soaring on the clear skies,
Defending the night,
Praying for the answer, the sigh
Pouring from a soul who knows,
He is alive!
A gentling kindness,
inspiration, insight, inviting
Me to the knowledge,
Of His love, overflowing
Love so alive,
It feels like the fire,
Sparking a heart who is sure,
Beneath the song,
There is a tenderness,
Coloring life in grace,
Poetry that can’t escape,
The sound of praise…
Praising Him, forevermore,
His love, always for
The heart who hears His song,
The soul who believes –
The spirit who is free because…
He is the One, the only ONE
Who can save the soul from sin,
Save the life from eternity without Him.
Praising Him because He is…
The light that flows, so peaceful,
Silencing tears and erasing fears,
Remembering that love is always here,
In the presence of the One who frees,
Giving hope to those who repent,
Give up the dark so they can see…
Beyond the pain, the doubt, the grief,
Into the love that anoints souls who believe,
Just believe…
He is everlasting.
He is faithful.
He is love and I am grateful,
To know the One who gave me,
A second chance, a love that lasts,
Assurance that heaven awaits,
His love sealed my fate – He saved me,
And gave me the hope that He is…
Forever – eternal – the grace
And, someday I’ll see Him face to face!
I’m so thankful – I’ll praise and praise
Jesus is my forever and always!
