Forever, and a Day
A heart left alone,
to smother, and die,
releases much pain,
but never cries.
Forgotten, and bitter,
tied with grief,
etched on your face,
for all to see.
Forgive, and be forgiven,
is the only way,
a heart full of sunshine,
forever, and a day.
