Force Majeure: We the People

We the People
a hollow phrase, a calculated lie.
We were never consulted,
never invited, never asked to agree.

No referendum, no consensus,
only military boots and bayonets,
a document drafted in shadows,
sealed with signatures of crooked hands.
They called it sovereign, indissoluble,
yet every word dripped with deception.
Invisible chains forged in secret rooms,
imposed by force, baptized as law.

We the People

How dare they speak in our name?
My father was not there.
My mother, my brothers, my sisters absent.
My own voice, my own will, erased.
I never signed their parchment of deceit.
I never surrendered my fate
to men who silenced dissent with guns.

We the People
a fraud wrapped in false unity.
Where gray-haired grandfathers clutch desperately at power,
where politicians gorge on stolen wealth,
where policemen trade justice for bribes at checkpoints,
where dullards in the Senate dictate my tomorrow
yet remain too distant to know my name.

We the People
I reject this lie with every breath.
I was never part of their conspiracy.
I did not lock myself in this cell.
They fattened the criminals and crowned them leaders.
They fly abroad for the best medical care
while hospitals crumble and children die.

They bask in obscene luxury,
leaving dust and despair for the rest of us.
They claim I signed my destiny away,
but my hand never touched their paper.
My future was stolen, not surrendered.
My dreams are trapped behind bars they built,
while the real thieves wear agbada and smile for cameras.

This is my denunciation.
This is the voice they tried to silence.
The 1999 Constitution
a military lie dressed as the will of the people.
We never agreed.
We do not accept.
We the People
are rising to reclaim what was never given.
