I had to FAV this before I even made it to the comment box! It is so easy to slide into a comfortable-but-unhealthy complacency in life... love the lines "Resisting change has not/ Done me any favors", I know this is true- and this poem is a needed (and well-written) reminder to keep myself in check! ;)
