Flowers as far as the eye can see

Meadow of clustered flowers
fragrant bouquets of petals
pinks purples yellows whites
~ a delightful extravaganza

Spreading their joy like tentacles 
they entice butterflies and bees
while the sun keeps busy 
caressing this wild ageless garden

I remember seeing a few bison (instead of cattle) on the side of the highway... they're usually brown but these were a beautiful soft shade of creamy beige ~ it was magical. No photo but the memory is still in my head.
