Andrea, thanks for this one. She was really something and your tribute helps reveal more of her story. I do like the first two words as being so very descriptive. They could almost get lost to the casual reader. Smiles!!!

Beautiful lines on the 'Lady with a Lamp'..

It was great things to write a poem about Florence Nightingale and we have a street named after her in Windhoek, Happy Friday and enjoy your weekend.

Very good poem Andrea.' Florence found fame In the Crimean war..I know another one long ago Involving Turkish British German and French forces..Attacking hmmm.?? Well I will put no more.' It was owned by a certain country and Still is.' Its all history anyway.'
