Flood the Universe

Bite your lip Whimper not Drive your fingernails into your palm Hold back the sobs Stay under control Maintain even breathing Suppress sighs, moans, groans Shoulders straight, stance erect... Good question! To answer directly: There have been times when emotion has overcome me and I've sobbed like a baby after a loss. Other times, I've managed to keep my composure...How about you? …. Thanks so much for your thought-provoking comment! Best wishes, Gershon
