Flood the Universe
Bite your lip
Whimper not
Drive your fingernails into your palm
Hold back the sobs
Stay under control
Maintain even breathing
Suppress sighs, moans, groans
Shoulders straight, stance erect...
Emotion wells up within, seeking release
Loss confounds you, overwhelms, the abyss looms
Convulsing heaves, sobs wrack the soul
Trembling mouth a canyon of grief
Sigh, moan, howl, wail, weep
Flood the Universe with Tears
