Flesh and Soul

A soul in flesh
Not trapped,
The two intertwined
Seeking to know the other.

Expressing the spectrum
Of emtions that run deep
 Covenants between
Flesh and soul 
To securely know
Beginnings and Endings
One to the other
Inseparable
Comparable indeed
Most do heed intuitively
Wnat eyes don't comprehend.

Terry Shuff August 29, 2017 at 9:33 AM Good poem, Kevin. The greeks had agood understanding of body and soul, soul was united with flesh, as psyche, being complete personality, intellect , emotions, all the abstracts and flesh united. You captured that in your words
