Fixated
Now the boys name was Gustav so obviously
his nickname would be Gus, wrong oh wrong
It was Skinny on account of he was fat
A real blubber boy, chubby wobble kid
Always in the hefty aisle for clothes shopping.
Now the one thing the boy had and he had it good
was an appetite. Eating wasn't a necessity
it was a challenge, No all you can eats buffet in town
could stay in business if Skinny wobbled in.
Always had snacks in his big wide pockets
to help him survive in-between meals
which was breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and supper.
Eating was the greatest joy the boy had in life
His Mom and Pop were rather on the obese side
They was fat. So when it came to food Skinny was eating
as soon as he awoke and still chewing as he fell asleep.
Their van didn't have any holes in the tires but those
tires was flat, even the spare.
So Skinny's days rolled on and on and on, they was really rolling
folks. One day by fat chance he passed by an apartment building and
actually looked up, like above him and he saw the most
beautiful sweet girl on the third floor balcony eating an eclair,
chocolate covered eclair at that. Sos Skinny goes into the building
sideways in the elevator pushing the button for the 3rd floor again and again
but that elevator had no lift. So he gets out and zoom
that elevator practically flew through the roof.
They were taunting him, Skinny knew he had to make it
to the 3rd floor and this was it, gasp, the stairs.
He did something he hadn't done in a long time.
he lift a leg placed his right foot on the step
lift the other leg and placed his left foot up to
the proceeding step. He had to stop to breathe,
sweat was about to pour forth and he actually felt
a heart beat. resting on the hand rail Skinny knew
he could never make it, there were 8 more steps ahead
one above the other. he let go of the rail and bounces
hitting the floor and shook the building like an earthquake
he rolled through the door outside onto the street as
folks inside the apartment building was running out
the whole block emptied.
After the fork lift got Skinny up he saw sitting that same
pretty girl from the 3rd floor balcony just sitting daintily on the stoop.
Gathering all his courage Skinny wobble over to her
looking at her lovely face and staring into her pretty eyes
and smelling the faint scent of an eaten chocolate covered eclair
spying the smooth gloss of chocolate on her tender lips
Skinny did not hesitate and he kissed that beautiful
sweet girl from the 3rd floor balcony. A long slow passionate kiss
and when it was over Skinny was smiling, a big wide smile.
The pretty girl bewilder asked why did you kiss me?
Skinny replied, I had to know was it chocolate cream inside the
chocolate covered eclair, and it was, yes it was.
On his way home Skinny stopped at Phils Fabulous Bakery
and walked home eating a bakers dozen of the best
chocolate covered chocolate cream filled eclairs in the whole town.
He was one happy and satisfied boy, making home just in time
for the dinner before suppertime.
Hey this here writing in no way disputes the dignity
of all those peoples who are rather on the larger sizes.
Being myself slighty above my weight level.
Laugh and the whole world puts you in a straight jacket.
