I love this so much! Terrific analogy, as people seem to want us to remain what we are (or seem to be) for their own comfort, despite our need for growth and... change. ;) Fun poem- but deep at the same time.

Nooo look look I'm changing! I'm in the mess I'm in because I wasn't looking for the change. Too absorbed by Jwalkers. Blam! 23yrs later (funny I was 23) realizing my brain is in shambles from that ~one~moment~of~distraction. Progression or regression??? (ugh!) <3 mo
