King Louis XIV must have loved this dinner ending with yummy chocolate truffles. I love chocolate and they say, that in moderation, is a healthy choice! MMm....I love that this divine meal ends with chocolate!! You do your research, and it is a delight to know these small things about different tastes in different times! I wonder what Louis XIV would think of fast food of today's society??!
