First Kiss (Walk With Me)

Caress my heart with love’s embrace and show me the way to my first kiss Let our transcending souls elope through portals of time My racing heartbeat shall set the pace, hear and follow the pulse to eternity Heavens light up as stars collide and shower blessings on this moment I’ve waited for this my whole life Take my hand, steady my knees Stop my head from spinning... my stomach from turning into a meadow of diversity - a haven where colors fly softly See the sparkle in these eyes opened for the first time A picture perfect contact exceeds all expectations and brings peace to anxiety If these ill fated disillusions were a means to unbearable disease I’d welcome the thought and wouldn’t want to be cured And if melting away in your arms is the start on a path to the end I’d keep walking with the knowledge that death has been perfected
