Finding True Happiness

Whispered words of what might have been makes me feel melancholy Sitting here reflecting on my life I find I am forever trying to reclaim my soul from the clutches of my past Though I strive for my perfection I am prone to misunderstandings and a wealth of mistakes Still I am strong and independant showing I must let go of what was It only brings on a nostalgic state I sway myself to my own discovery As I pour my feelings into words Hoping they become like magic and heal my Essence By being a bit vulnerable I hope a miracle will happen showing me the path I thought lost so I can start fresh and find my true happiness

Don't worry Brenda you're with a group of billions that are looking for the same thing, it's a little elusive for most!

Nice penning Brenda, though a sad piece telling of life disappointment, still living shows there's still time. Pray you'll find what you need not necessarily what you want. Blessings be yours, Gordon
