Find Someone Of Your Kind
Lose your grip on me,
I don't trust anybody
who swears fake loyalty
and cheats on a good one;
find someone of your kind,
who can be that blind?
I give love to the one
who's worthy and true;
nobody makes me feel blue,
nobody can tell me I'm fine.
Lose your grip on me,
let go of your fantasy:
that fool can't be me...
taste the bitter reality:
find someone of your kind,
who can be that blind?
Winds change their direction,
roses don't all smell the same;
find someone else to blame,
it's a terrible assumption!
Lose your grip on me,
don't hang on past memory,
don't ever try to change me;
it's such an impossibility:
find someone of your kind,
who can be that blind?
Whenever we meet
don't say hello to me;
never lose sleep over me,
accept this awful defeat:
find someone of your kind,
who can be that blind?
