Fifteen Minutes To Sunset

Fifteen minutes to sunset we haven't got a care walking along the beach front letting worries disappear red skies are pushing closer my fingers tangle in your hair two hearts be still and wonder in comfort there is no fear waves come wash upon us there is magic in the air splashed across the silence where souls are stripping bare the sun lays down on the horizon offering the most glorious of views I keep looking your way for my gaze is stuck on you

I just thought I'd edit my comment as I know how Arthur abhors it so when one changes their mind on their words! Lol, plus it gave me another chance to read your amazing words again, my friend.

Such wonderful romantic times are remembered from beach outings. I love the way you described how, despite a beautiful sunset, you kept looking at her. A lovely poem, Tim. Hugs, Carolyn
